1. booking and payment
1.1 Tours can be booked through our website.
1.2 Full or partial payment for the tour may be required to confirm the reservation.
2.Cancellation and Refunds
2.1.1 If you cancel your booking, you must pay the applicable cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy.
2.1.2 If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply.
2.2.1 If you wish to cancel, please notify the Association as soon as possible.
2.2.2 The date of notice of cancellation will be calculated based on the date we receive notice.
2.2.3 If you are 15 minutes late or more without getting in contact, your reservation(s) will be automatically canceled with 100% of charges applied
2.3 Cancellation by us
2.3.1 If we cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control, we will provide an alternative tour or a full refund.
2.4 Other conditions
2.4.1 This cancellation policy represents an agreement between us and you. The cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice from us.
3.Tour Contents
3.1 We warrant that the tour content, itinerary, and services included will be in accordance with the information provided in advance.
3.2 Weather and other force majeure events during the tour may cause changes to the tour. We will make every effort to provide alternative plans whenever possible.
4. Insurance and Liability
4.1 The client is responsible for own personal health and safety. We encourage you to select tours that are appropriate for your own health and fitness.
4.2 We shall not be liable for any injury, damage to equipment, loss or other damage during the tour.

5.1 Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with information regarding the tour services offered by the Association and for the operation of the Association. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your personal information.
6. Other Terms
6.1 These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between the Association and the Customer. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice by the provider.
6.2 You agree that we will attempt to resolve any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions through good faith consultation between us and you.
